Chris Lieto finished 2nd at the Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii.  The best and fittest athletes in the World gathered on the Island of Hawaii for the toughest race encompassing 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a marathon 26.2 miles.  Chris had an amazing day leading the race with authority for over 5 hours.  It was not until a couple miles to go that he was finally caught, but Chris fought back with passion and finished a strong 2nd place.  He is in the midst of resting and getting excited planning his schedule for 2010.
